1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bigtaka3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bigtaka3 website, mobile platform, casino services, sports betting services, and all associated features and content (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing bigtaka3, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any Service in any manner, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein or published separately on the bigtaka3 platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using bigtaka3 and, if you have an account, contact our support team at support@bigtaka3 to request account closure.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of bigtaka3 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Services.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or organisation and are using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bigtaka3 or had your account closed for a policy violation that renders you ineligible to re-register.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of bigtaka3 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of such a person.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. bigtaka3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bigtaka3 Services, including placing bets and making deposits, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active bigtaka3 account at any time. Where bigtaka3 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device identifier, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Bonuses received across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, allow third parties to access your account, or use another player's account. bigtaka3 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify bigtaka3 immediately at support@bigtaka3 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

You will be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and — where required — proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal is processed. bigtaka3 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bigtaka3 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bigtaka3 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and account verification status. Specific limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. bigtaka3 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and are outside bigtaka3's direct control once funds have been dispatched.

4.3 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Where a player has an active bonus attached to their account, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Players may withdraw their original deposit balance at any time, subject to standard processing terms, but doing so before meeting a bonus wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.4 Fraud and Payment Integrity

bigtaka3 monitors all transactions for signs of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment instruments, chargebacks, or collusive behaviour. Where fraud is identified, the relevant account will be suspended immediately, outstanding withdrawals will be placed on hold, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. bigtaka3 reserves the right to reverse any transaction found to involve fraudulent payment instruments.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bigtaka3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion will specify its own minimum deposit requirement, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum odds (for sports betting offers), and expiry period. These promotion-specific terms take precedence in the event of any conflict with these general terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain at expiry will be removed from the account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on bigtaka3:

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bigtaka3 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market type. In the event of any ambiguity regarding the settlement of a bet, bigtaka3's decision is final. Key principles include:

• Bets accepted before an event starts are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
• In-play bets are accepted at the current live odds at the time the bet is confirmed. bigtaka3 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without resumption within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bigtaka3. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits.
• Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes after withdrawals have been successfully processed.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings generated via a known or suspected platform error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Accessing bigtaka3 via VPN, proxy, or similar tools for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

• Using bigtaka3 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

bigtaka3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• The player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request and there is no outstanding policy violation, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from a policy breach or prohibited conduct, bigtaka3 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@bigtaka3. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Players who have requested closure and later wish to reopen their account may do so subject to re-verification of eligibility, except where a self-exclusion period is still active.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bigtaka3's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bigtaka3 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bigtaka3 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses resulting from the player's own failure to safeguard account credentials.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers, including game outcomes, RNG results, or live dealer actions.
• Losses arising from the player's use of bigtaka3 in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits bigtaka3's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bigtaka3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bigtaka3 will provide reasonable advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of bigtaka3 after any revised Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bigtaka3 operates the platform as a private entertainment service and does not make any representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and bigtaka3 arising from your use of the Services, you are encouraged to first contact our support team at support@bigtaka3 so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. bigtaka3 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

12.2 Final Decisions

With respect to disputes concerning individual bet settlements, game outcomes, or bonus eligibility decisions, bigtaka3's determination — made after a good-faith review of the relevant facts and records — shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Manifest error claims must be raised within 7 calendar days of the disputed event.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on bigtaka3, constitute the entire agreement between you and bigtaka3 with respect to your use of the Services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
